It has been a while since we last posted. A lot has happened since then, so a short update is needed. With this post we want to give an update on the status of the Cryptosaurs project, as well as our plans for the coming weeks.
New Twitter Account
We’ve created a new Twitter account. So if you’re on Twitter, make sure to follow @DinosaurNFTS. We’ll be hosting regular giveaways and you’ll be the first to hear the latest Cryptosaurs news.
Polygon Minting Issue on OpenSea
For 10 days now it has not been possible to mint new NFTs on Polygon through the OpenSea platform. When we want to create new items, it says ‘Minting has been temporarily disabled’. Only minting on Ethereum is currently possible, but we don’t want you to pay gas fees on your purchases, so we’re waiting for the issue to be resolved.
We’ve reached out to the OpenSea support team, and they told us that there were technical issues with the minting contract, and their engineers are working on a solution. They expect this to take a few more days.
We’ll keep you updated on this, as we’re eagerly waiting for Polygon minting to come back to OpenSea, so we can mint our new dinosaurs!
2 New Base Set Dinosaurs
We’ve two new dinosaurs planned for the base set. Their names will be Buck and Ruby. Both are Brachiosauruses. They’ll be added as soon as minting is enabled again. Buck will be minted 250 times and Ruby will be minted 100 times.
Check the overview of our Dinosaur NFTs for full information on the collection.
Overview of our Velociraptor NFTs
So far we’ve minted 18 velociraptor NFTs. In total their will be 100 velociraptors, each of those will be unique. So far 7 out of the 18 raptors that have been created are sold.
On the picture above you can see all of our raptors and which ones are available and which ones aren’t available anymore. If you want to get your hands on one of our raptors, check our store on OpenSea.
For more information about the raptors, and for info in the individual raptors, check our Velociraptor NFT page.
